I'm so glad I have boys when it comes to hair--cutting, combing, etc. I just buzz them in the summer.
I send my boy outdoors until his hair is sticky enough to plaster to the side of his head.
I grab the hair between index and middle fingers, tug it taut, then do the fringy snips Rachel suggested. It makes a softer edge and hides a world of mistakes (even on a platinum blonde).Darling little girl you have -- all of them, from what I've seen!
